Dr. Vivek Immanuel is a dedicated Radiation Oncologist with extensive expertise in advanced radiation therapy and precision cancer treatment. He completed his MBBS and MD in Radiation Oncology from the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana. To further enhance his clinical expertise, he pursued a National Fellowship in Palliative Medicine from the Institute of Palliative Medicine, Kozhikode, and an International Fellowship in Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) from the University of Perugia, Italy.

 

Dr. Immanuel specializes in modern radiation therapy techniques including MR-guided Adaptive Radiotherapy (MR-LINAC), IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS/FSRS. His areas of special clinical interest include Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) for the precise treatment of brain tumors, spine lesions, lung, liver, prostate, and other oligometastatic cancers. Prior to joining Cancer Centers of America, Dr. Immanuel worked at some of India’s leading cancer centers, including Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, and Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram.

He was part of the team involved in setting up North India’s first MR-guided Adaptive Radiotherapy (MR-LINAC) program. His clinical approach focuses on delivering highly precise, personalized treatment plans that maximize treatment effectiveness while minimizing side effects, ensuring optimal outcomes and improved quality of life for patients.

 

With a strong inclination toward academics and research, Dr. Immanuel has authored several national and international publications in radiation oncology and cancer research.
